ICCS is seeking to recruit an experienced public sector professional with a current CPA designation to join its Board of Directors. The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening the Board's financial oversight and supporting sound governance practices while working collaboratively with fellow directors and senior leadership.

Board Commitment:
The Board of Directors meets approximately six times per year. In addition to Board meetings, the successful candidate will serve on the Finance and Legal Committee, which meets approximately twice per year. From time to time, the candidate may also be invited to participate in strategic planning sessions.
A board member appointed to this position will receive an honorarium of $500 per meeting in recognition of the professional expertise they bring to the role.
