We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving service delivery for Canadians when interacting with all levels of government. We champion a people-centered approach in the public sector through our activities:
Citizens First 2026 - will include an enhanced focus on established digital platforms and emerging technologies like AI-powered services, mobile applications, and digital wallets. The study will explore how established digital platforms and emerging technologies are shaping service delivery and citizen expectations.
The ICCS is pleased to introduce you to members of our Board of Directors. Meet Kathryn Bulko, who is the Executive Director for the Municipal Information Systems Association of Canada (MISA Canada). We are grateful for her expertise and leadership in advancing citizen-centred service priorities of all levels of government across Canada.
The ICCS is looking for passionate leaders to join our Board. As a board member, you’ll play a key role in guiding our mission and shaping the future of our organization. We’re especially interested in recruiting an individual from the public sector with a financial designation (CPA, CFA, or CMA) to round out our Board’s expertise. This is a volunteer position. Board members commit approximately three hours per month and may serve for a maximum of six years.
