What is the ICCS?
We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving service delivery for Canadians when interacting with all levels of government. We champion a people-centered approach in the public sector through our activities:
- provide a neutral platform for inter-jurisdictional collaboration and shared learning for the public service delivery community in Canada;
- provide strategic planning and secretariat services to senior public sector leadership teams focused on pan-Canadian collaboration;
- monitor and measure the progress of the Canadian public sector in improving satisfaction with service delivery; and,
- promote cost-effective public-sector service delivery through sharing of best practices, approaches, tools, and publications.

The study will explore how established digital platforms and emerging technologies are shaping service delivery and citizen expectations.

We are grateful for her expertise and leadership in advancing citizen-centred service priorities of all levels of government across Canada.

Join our Board of Directors!
The ICCS is looking for passionate leaders to join our Board. As a board member, you’ll play a key role in guiding our mission and shaping the future of our organization. We’re especially interested in recruiting an individual from the public sector with a financial designation (CPA, CFA, or CMA) to round out our Board’s expertise. This is a volunteer position. Board members commit approximately three hours per month and may serve for a maximum of six years.
